I am a catch and release angler. I fish two golf courses with permission in Aiken. I stay out of golfers paths. Clean up after myself and others and wondered if people were ever granted permission to fish here?

My brother and his wife live there and hasn't been able to fish for that past 6 years...the management team that has been running the course has just changed hands,might be a good time to ask?
