Asked for a specific hair cut, mind you I've been a regular customer. The lady gave my son a totally different haircut from what I asked. When I told the manger what I had asked for she told me that she didn't hear me give specific instructions.

I would call Corporate.

Tough when it is your child's hair. Sorry that happened. They have always been good with my son. Stinks because this location is consistently reliable when it comes to mine and my son's hair. Personally I dont go back anywhere that I have a bad experience...never want to be in a discussion and say "this is the umpteenth time you guys messed up". Figure if I get to that point it's my fault for continuing to be a customer lol

I've never been to the Great Clips on Hardscrabble Rd, but the one on Two-Notch Rd, down the street from the Shell station, is AWESOME.

Had no problems with the staff quite friendly

Basically the manger was very rude as far as her disposition. Thanks for the trashy experience and the inconsistent barbers that you have to deal with. I will not be returning again.
