They sell many variations of Bok Choy. I am not familiar with the potato. However, they have a very knowledgeable staff that will be able to help you if they do sell it.
Yes boc choy, many size variations, I got baby boc recently. There is a whole area with different type of potatoes. Some were dark red skin but I haven't seen them cut to know what color the middle is. Great sweet potatoes though!
Yes to bok choy...have purchased it several times. I have never seen the red potato and that's because I have never gone looking for them.
