Came in for tire plug. Was asked if I wanted to leave it or wait, I had to wait. I was not told that all the people coming in after were ahead of me. I waited over 2 hours and had to leave without tire plug. Need to communicate with customers.

It's best to make an appointment, especially at this location... super busy store ~ so much so, that they plug the Tobacco Road entrance with orange pylons to use for additional parking! Must enter from the Woodlake side entrance. And, yes, without an appointment, the wait time will increase. Sometimes I don't make appointments and just walk home and wait for their call. I've used this particular Tires Plus for 10 years, through 3 cars! They get a ^5 & kudos from me.

I agree plugged tires are a thing of the past

They work by appointment so if people who set up appointments come in after you they get served first...better to call before going..plus they don't plug tires they patch which takes longer
