They won't let you dump unless you have a Chatham county address and a Chatham county tag. You should be able to go to the waste management dump on little neck Rd but the charge you for it.
They tried to turn me a way when I used a U-Haul truck two years ago. They said it was a commercial vehicle. I asked them what I should do if I don't own a truck, and they just shrugged. They finally let me unload, but said don't try it again. I'll ask them if the policy has changed when I go there later this week.
