9am. That's about the only time you REALLY gonna get stuff half off. All other times, they remove the 2 weekly colors off the racks (carts of colors for that week) I've seen it done numerous times. What's the purpose of having weekly color half offs if you're gonna pull them all?🙄🙄

Latasha is correct on both points. While i have never witnessed the removal. I can say i spend HOURS going thru an very seldom do i find a plethora of the colors on sale. That aside. Let me address the dressing room issue or the lack there of!
