The hours are from 07:30- 6:00pm Monday-Friday, 08:00-5:00pm Saturday, and closed on Sunday. As far as I know they are still free.
They do car washes on Saturday mornings. I think it's until noon, but someone would have to confirm. The line tends to be pretty long.
