Take it back. It's not Ice tea if it dosent have Ice. Or cold.
They are only required to fill your cup 1/3 with ice. If the tea was freshly made then it's hot. Hot tea on ice melts the ice which makes little ice just ask at the intercom for extra ice in your cup.
