How is it you order and people comes in 30 mins after u do and they gets their food before u do? I don't understand that.

Yes they have premade pizza's in a warmer. And if they don't have the pizza that you wants you only have to wait like 6 or 10 minutes

Simply, they have premade pizzas in a warmer. This means u can walk in and walk out with a pizza
