I agree with matt. I've personally never had to wait for more than a minute or two at any home depot.

You probably caught them during what's typically a downtime. You can always use the self-checkout lanes. I personally have never had a problem with long lines at this Home Depot or really any Home Depot for that matter. They hang their hats on customer service and I'm sure if you said something to a manager it would have been resolved

They suck... Jim the manager keeps his payroll low so he gets a bigger bonus... At the cost of the customer.

Because they only have the amount of cashiers willing to deal with the job and rude customers. Not everyone wants to give up there weekends to provide a service to ungrateful customers. The company can't force people to work there against there will. This is true for every store where people complain about the amount of open lines.
