We participate in the Covid protocols set forth by the local government. It is not mandatory for guests to wear masks inside the establishment anymore. As employees, we are required to wear masks while on the floor. Also, we do our best to space out tables and sanitize in between visits to ensure a safe environment for our guests. Weather permitting, we also open up all our doors and sliders to help provide more airflow for our guests.
When people from blue states come down they have to realize this is a red state. Our governor believes in economics first and that people here need to make money and not be out of work. Most of the industry is bars and restraunts. The social distancing is up to you and not the establishment. All employees wear masks. Anyone going into a store should be wearing a mask also, but again some individuals such as myself do not believe masks work but I will wear one inside of stores to make others feel comfortable
Funny you asked. We're from MD where mask wearing and social distancing is mandatory everywhere. At Local on the Water, not many people were wearing masks or practicing social distancing which is why I quarantined when I got back
