Does this store ever answer the phone? I’ve called 8 times. Tried the operator 3 times, called every dept and no one is answering. It is 11:20 on Monday!

Not as well as they should! However, they are way ahead of Home Depot in customer service!!!

Yes but like you it can take some time. Lowe's is my favorite but service is not their best asset.
