I just bought some prepared tunafish with a Sell by date 8 days away. Maybe why tuna I've bought previously was starting to ferment and go bad.
Anyone know the amount of time W/hole Food allows from prep to Sell By date? Common wisdom is 3-4 days.

Appears Whole Foods is putting prepared tunafish on the shelves with sell by dates 8 or more days out, which is a recipe for making people sick
