Awful, rude. Why don't you ever have enough staff and overbook online? Why bother with walk ins? I was there and employees said they wanted to quit. Loudly. Never going back, horrible experience.

They have always done a decent job on me and my son. And service has always been good.

Have noticed the lack of staff and how busy it gets. Although I like the haircut point program they have and the 9.99 one guard special. They have one woman who knows how to cut my hair well. I have never felt that I was treated rudely or anything but I noticed the pressure the staff seems to be under sometimes. They are on a time frame to get each haircut done and yes generally speaking it's a very busy location. I go to that location not only because it's close to my house but I get my haircut done cheaper there A lot of times compared to the other locations and especially the one by my job where I do get an employee discount.

I have been going there for 2+ years since it has been open and always I was treated good. Occasionally it gets overbooked, but never felt being treated bad.
