Every time I have been there they are great
It can be a challenge at times to get service. Usually you can go to the customer service desk and they are always helpful
They have always been very helpful to me
It depends on when you go there. Friday afternoons are terrible. I had to get someone from the gardening dept. to come all the way to the plumbing aisle to help me, and she wasn't the most knowledgeable person they employ. Everyone else had apparently gone home for the weekend. I have never been there when help is abundant. Lowes, on the other hand, always has someone to help you, and they have a monitor at front of store that shows where everything is.
It's always give or take when it comes to customer service. People usually ask if I need help at every turn it seems like.
I love it they have always treated me great but sometimes some people dont know exactly what ya are looking for
