You dont have to be aresident of oceandide, just a residaent in the town of hempstead
No you don't need to be a resident, it's $8 a day for residents of ToH, $9 for nonresident children over 4 are $4.50 for nonresident, $4 for resident
You just need to be a resident of the Town of Hempstead. The pool is not exclusive to Oceanside residents
