Its 8 slices I am 100% sure. You can cut them in the party sizes/ half yielding 16 smaller slices in a half tray Note a half tray comes in a regular size box. A full tray requires 2 boxes.

It's square slices. Half a tray is at least 9 squares . I dont think it's 12, but definitely at least 9 squares.
