Any time you perform an activity that could have bodily injury to you and others there are predetermined factors that businesses take to ensure to limit their liability. As other local guides have stated once you purchase the ticket you've agreed to those terms and conditions if you don't agree to those terms and conditions don't purchase the ticket

Waiver is prewritten on ticket and is considered an accepted agreement by the consumer upon purchase.
