Why can’t I get through on the phone? How does someone get an appointment or referral if they won’t answer the phone!!! Any suggestions? Have a vet in desperate need.

Call when they first open in the morning...if u wait it will be hard to get thru...08:00 am.

Odd that they aren't answering the phone. But I agree with Christopher, your you need a referral, which the Va can get or his family doctor, even a specialist can give a referral.

U have to get a referral from your pcp. The VA can refer a vet
