We bought air mattress and we do got a recipient and the box to go with it. And it busted in the seam. Can we return it back and get another one. Thanks

Yes they can be exchanged but no air mattress can be refunded once opened just swapped for the same one

Yeah. I haven't had a problem getting a refund or replacement with the receipt
