Its a winery that has a great restaurant

My wife and I went here for our anniversary. The food was outstanding and the wine was pretty good. The place definitely has the feel of southern France. It's highly unlikely you will be disappointed if you go there.

Yes it is a restuarant. They have breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner items. My husband and I had the Salmon BLT. Everything thing including the ketchup is made from scratch.. the sandwich, fries, and ketup was a real treat to my mouth.
