I have valid DMV licence but from KY state. Is it any Test for Address change or not needed. What documents needed for other state license? I only have Lease contract from Tennessee.

If you now are a TN resident you have 30 days to obtain your TN driver license., No, you don't need a test. Your lease contract is enough to prove you are TN resident. You will need: SSN card Resident card (green card) if you are not American Citizen Prove of residence in TN( your lease agreement)
