How do I contact the owner, I've had nothing but problems with my bike, no body trys to help, they just keep blowing me off, I've called and went in person a few times and they just say "he's not here", is that how he avoids everyone

My bike has been there multiple times within the 4 months I've had it, they keep replacing things that don't need it and sending it back, this time it went in on the 1st of this month and when I called today they said the mechanic couldn't figure it out and will try again Monday or Tuesday, every time I ask for the owner they say he's not there and don't know when he will be, with my working hours and no vehicle I can't just show up

I don't know either. Don't know anyone who's had problems with then.
