yes you can use a debt card but it's a little more hectic using it than a credit card
County doesn't matter. Have two proof of residency, which can be brought up on phone to view, and you're fine.
They like for you to have a major credit card. However at the Lake City location, and I'm assuming that it is the same at all Enterprises, if you are a resident of that county from which you are renting they will let you use a debit card as long as you can verify that you live in that county. So a piece of mail would need to be brought with you.
It's a debit card, not a debt card.
