I was in the store an notice, the action of the management, and she was wrong, and at this point, I will not return to this location, or any other pilot store until, this store clean out the unjustified behavior of the store manager.

I totally agree with you, as I was traveling along the states from the east to the west there were some pilots that had unsatisfactory customer service, and others that were excellent.
