Hi, I'm going to new York in a few weeks from Ireland. I would love to get to a firing range at some point in the trip, can I just show up here and shoot a few guns? Do I need to book? Go at a certain time? What do I need to Do?

Bullet Hole doesn't rent guns... Guns For Hire would be a good place to go...

A couple of things ....call Ben at the bullet hole, but I don't think they rent guns to shoot. If not, in Woodland Park, a place called "guns for hire does." Give them a call but pretty sure as a foreign national, a passport is all you need.

I been to both gun for hire and the bullet hole you are better off going to gun for hire just make sure you have your passport and some one to go with.

Gun For Hire in Woodland Park, NJ rents guns. You have to have at least one other person with you.

Someone mentioned gun for hire would be better, I think they might be right. I've never been, but online it looks much nicer than bullet hole. I think it would be worth the extra 20 minutes of driving. Bullet hole isn't very comfortable. It's a little rough around the edges. I recommend starting with a 9mm handgun. They are fun full enough powered, and the ammo is cheap. I can shoot 200 rounds in an hour. $15 for 50 rounds about.
