Yes they have, but as stated above you will need to use gloves and wear a mask at all times when getting your food. When my party went each person was given one pair each.

Yes. But their Covid-19 cleanliness policies are horrible. For instance, They require you to wear gloves at the steam tables, but only give you one pair. If you go back for a 2nd course, they expect you to reuse the same gloves. However there's no way to reuse gloves safely.
