A few months ago I west to Dillards at Desert Sky Mall... The entire second floor was a clearance center. Maybe they will consolidate at that location???.........I was at metro center on 6/30 and there was a sign on the door stating the mall was closing but Dillards clearance would remain open.
Dillards owns the building that they have for their store and they also own a portion of the parking lot nearest the store according to management of Metrocenter.
