Yes it is open
It is open for business. Pass there every day on my commute and it's always well populated, ate there 2 days ago (Taco Tuesday is awesome, btw). Curious where you see comments to the contrary, though. They do close earlier that most pubs, though. Like 11pm, even though most bars stay open til 1am or later. Could that be the misunderstanding?
