What are the Covid safety practices like here?

Thanks Josh, for putting that in. It is appreciated. And you are right, much as we miss the company of our regulars, we do not have any sitdown dining. We still see people but it is all grab and go. I'll expand a little to say that we are guided by the protocols and advice given by the Dept of Health. We do forehead temperature scans for employees, that are logged each work day. We have a covid action plan according to State guidelines and a dedicated employee to monitor and update that. We have always followed the DOH on safe food handling practices and procedures which gives us a good start on incorporating additional sanitation practices We supplement that with hand gel and surface spray sanitizers. We also have designated a traffic flow into and out of the building and floor marks for social spacing. We take this pandemic seriously and we are going to do the little that is asked of us (such as masks) to get past this.
