why doesn't someone answer the telephone at the douglaston store - been trying every ten minutes for four hours - hello? When the answering machine prompts to leave a message the machine hangs up - what a way to run a store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What about returning deposit bottle that the store do not take. Because they do not sell it, by law that have to take it

Per the law if they do not sell it-they are not responsible for refunding that bottle deposit.....
