I think they've been suffering from staffing issues, I'd walk in and voice my concerns in person.
Sadly I have been having problems with DD here and there .Burnt coffee given regular instead of dark roast .Sugar when I specify no sugar. Cold coffee cold roasted sandwiches. .really getting tired of poor service and throwing my money away .I live on the road and depend on fresh and what I ordered food.
I had used the drive thru got on 84 took a sip. Got off and went to a different place. Had a 6 hour drive ahead and wasn't drinking burnt coffee. I know my review for that place was decent but I didn't know until after I was on route 84 how bad it was and they forgot the sugar in mine LOL
I think it is hit and miss. For me it has gotten a lot better. Their on the go app always seems to have an issue
