I don't see how, they have to scanned at the register as far as I know.
Are you logged in? Is the logged in account associated with the correct ShopRite ID number? Once you clip the digital coupons, it's added to the ShopRite ID number and will deduct when used in the store. If you use your phone number, there is a chance it won't work because you might be using a new number that they are unaware of. Even though I update my number in my profile, my old number is what I have to use which is not great as the person who got my old number has the chance to use my coupon instead.
