My husband and I live in Maryland. He is Peruvian and whenever we travel to NJ we go there for dinner. Personally, in that place the food is not like the Chinese Americans, they cook in the style of Peru, which for those who are not used to Peruvian chifas... will find a thousand defects. I like the saltado tagliatelle which I find has a very good flavor! I have tried all the dishes on the menu and the wonton soup is super tasty...
Madam, the first time my family took me to that chifa, they cooked very well. I'm talking about 15 years ago and today the food in that chifa is terrible. On New Year's my mother bought a bowl of chaufa rice from chicken and that rice seemed rotten, I thought they had changed but it's not getting worse and I'm Peruvian and I know exactly how the Chinese cook in Peru and that Restaurant Jade belongs to Peruvians!! What a shame that they sell that type of dishes, the food is not like that, ma'am!
They cook well but the bathroom has an incredible bass they are very dirty
