The owners are the son and or relatives of the ones who purchased the bakery from the older man who first opened the store way back. He was a shirt quiet owner always with a bow tie. How do I know this? I'm 1971 or 72, not to sure but as I was closing a real estate deal with a local lawyer in the next room When my lawyer was also closing for his other clients a business deal. As he opened the door to go back and forth one could see the bakery workers who we the old man's employees buying his business. Lots of cash from paper bags on the closing table being counted. Funny coincidence. They keep the recipes up to today. A great tasting experience. I personally and with my family have been going here since 1949. Enjoy!
