the anesthetic is lidocaine... no outside jewelry for initial piercing ..only US made provided by us ;)

I don't believe you can bring your own jewelry. All piercing jewelry and equipment has a 45 minute sterilization period. I don't remember the name of the anesthetic, but it is a topical ointment that works. Hope this helps a little.
