I have been training with weights for over 30 years . I have seen many big franchise gyms come and go . Ocean state bodybuilding is In my opinion. Is by far the best GYM .to train as hard as you want .dumbbells well over 150 lbs. Everything is clean and neat. Proper .you can use chalk .also relize to show proper respect for the owner and pick up as you go through your workout. Always someone there to help. And dor the most part its a friendly GYM . And friendly members. I personally absolutely would love to own a GYM just like Ocean state bodybuilding. Hands down the best GYM . In the area.
