I have no idea, all I know is it is open and it is the best hamburger in Phoenix, Southern California, Southern Nevada, and I believe there is one in Dallas as well! Wherever there's an in and out you need to stop and have a double double, animal style if you like and wonderful real french fries from cut potatoes. And those potatoes are cut on-site! You might want to try the fries animal style as well, Simply Delicious! Can you tell that I love in and out?
