During significant sport events yes. Usually, there a few tvs have game videos and others have SyFy, Spike, or some other cable channel.

They will if you ask but not really set up to sit and watch tv. There are like 10 bar within walking distance that have sports on the whole time. More of a nerdy social atmosphere at 16-bit
