Korean food is not big on dairy. If a dish contains dairy, it will be in the description. Ditto for eggs.
Not everything is vegan, but you can ask for animal products to be removed.
I was under the impression that everything was in fact vegan.
You can ask, but vegetarian dishes normally contain dairy or eggs.
