I think most of wait staff are terrible eating in front of customers .DIrty counters and they ignore you like your a bother .Jeff you need to spend more time there.we sat for over a half hour for our food..To go things were mostly wrong. Customers asked us on thier way out if waiting was worth it..Something needs to be done or they will close soon. And do staff go out back for a smoke in the middle of thier orders ,two or three at a time. Come on.....

Went there last year twice awful service we gave it a second chance and they failed we won't be back until we see changes I think we'll stick to a mom and pop place

I love Dennys, food is great BUT I also was Very annoyed that my waitress just disappeared after taking order.

I was there a few days ago and the staff was friendly and attentive. I will admit I did hear from another relative who said he felt the kitchen staff could not keep up with the orders.

They are still having that problem? I went there a few months ago and I had the same problem with my mom and she had diabetes. She needed something really quickly. Even if was a soda
