Is this area by Saint safe for 17 year ild daughters?

I wouldn't have my 17 year old daughter out at night without a chaperone anywhere in any town. That's just asking for trouble.

Inside the Saint is safe but outside hello it's Asbury Park and not by Ocean Asbury Park.
