We schedule appointments so that you have dedicated and ample time to discuss your issues. When you call, we will take your information, and a member of the professional staff will call you to arrange time to discuss your concerns. This may be on the phone or in the office.
No; but can't guarantee that a person will be available. I'm sure after you connect with someone, they will probably want to schedule an appointment do do a deeper dive. The social workers are fabulous; well versed, professional and empathetic.
