I was dealing with a company based in Queens. It was a propane delivery co. They had possession of my equipment and refuse to send it too me.They moved to Suffix County. Where do I file NYC or Suffix County

Go to the help center on the second floor and ask the attorney where u should file.

You should be able to file wherever you have an address for them in Suffolk,where the court can mail them papers
