I was robbed @ the Ramada hotel...is this where i come to make a claim to sue them???

I file a case through a company Court link to claim my 2 month rental deposit from the landlord - I tried everything - she has my deposit $3700 since Sept 2019 when will the small claims court open - I am a senior -

Hi I live in a condo building in flushing queens and they have a building rule where u can’t smoke from the building within a certain distance from the building and I’ve been fine before I’ve also payed them however I’ve switched to ecig afterwards and then I got fined again there is no rule saying u cannot smoke ecig so I thought it was okay! Then I got fined afterwards I didn’t pay them but afterwards and then they put in a new rule saying no vapping!! Do u think I can win with a case like this????
