This masjid seems to be closed most ofbthe time It's a masjid off the highway and there are many people who would like to pray who are passing by. So please find a way to keep it open EXTENDED hours during the day

For safety & security reason masjid always keft locked besides Salat timing. But you can always pray on rooftop. Jazaka-Allah-Khair.

Yes you are right about this. May be some small back door keep open for any traveler Muslim brother can do pray any time by passing from this area.
