How do you guys feel about over night parking? And how often they ticket people but never crack down on all the meth/heroin addicts that hangout in Garfield.

When I told my insurance agent about the overnight parking laws in this town they said they had never heard of such arrogance in a town. Especially one that is so limited on driveway space. Absolute crooks.

How about now? Over night parking for visitors is now 5$ a night !
