Why aren’t they picking up their phone?
Everything is absolutely gluten free except for the breads.

Hi Marilyn.This,Restuarant is not Gluten free at all . They use almost every stuff with Wheat flour White Rice then Everything else they have they can"t honored any dishes with Gluten free option. Also this,Restuaraht food is,About Average. So you should try some other Restuarant and you will not go Wrong.
Youd have to ask when you order. Basmati rice for instance can be with lr witbout gluten but often times it's not if it's precooked rice. Naan is usually made with butter but not yeast since it doesn't rise. As for cheese with saag paneer it's cubes so most likely it's store bought cheese
