Great question. No appointment is needed. You just need to present your ID and insurance card when you come in each time for testing. Testing is free with insurance and also for the uninsured (with some restrictions). Please feel free to call the store with any questions or concerns and we will accommodate to the best of our ability.
No, you do NOT need an appointment. I have been asked to present my insurance card each time (8-10) I've been tested. You will receive a text message within 24hrs to privately view the lab result. I don't think there is a charge if you are uninsured though.
