Go to the 2nd or 3rd floor and talk to the staff

Call the cops on them. They are being allowed to shoot up drugs in the 3rd floor bathroom BY THE STAFF THERE AND I HAVE PROOF.

Go to the proper authorities and make a complaint. If ur able try to talk with the ones who are loitering, try to come to a compromise.
